This training program includes all the vital elements in order to elevate athleticism:
SPRINTING
a) 2x/ Week of Resisted Acceleration Work
b) 1x/ Week of Max Velocity Work
JUMPING
a) 3x / Week of Vertical, Horizontal & Bounding Drills to improve power outputs
LIFTING
a) 3x / Week of a Total Body Lifting Plan to improve strength & power
The fifth week is a testing week to see the progress you've made during this training block.
